Folks, I don’t do food reviews, let alone give a five star rating. But Chef Ron and Empire Cheesecake have left me no choice. I never thought I’d ever find a cheesecake more delicious than Junior’s in New York City, my local “go to” for cheesecake. However this establishment has taken the ball and ran with it. Stop reading this - do yourself a favor and buy some cheesecake from Empire. Disappointment is not in their vocabulary and it certainly won’t be in yours!😎

The best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Rich, dense and extra creamy with a light fresh flavor. Ordering was super easy. Ron followed up to confirm a pickup time within 8 hours of placing my order. He was super responsive and friendly. Will only get cheesecake from Empire moving forward.

I ordered a plain crumble cheesecake for an important celebration. The online ordering process was clear and easy. The customer service and follow through regarding pickup was timely and friendly. The care taken with packaging was much appreciated. And, of course, the cheesecake itself was perfect - as others have described. I would definitely order again.
