Folks, I don’t do food reviews, let alone give a five star rating. But Chef Ron and Empire Cheesecake have left me no choice. I never thought I’d ever find a cheesecake more delicious than Junior’s in New York City, my local “go to” for cheesecake. However this establishment has taken the ball and ran with it. Stop reading this - do yourself a favor and buy some cheesecake from Empire. Disappointment is not in their vocabulary and it certainly won’t be in yours!😎

The best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Rich, dense and extra creamy with a light fresh flavor. Ordering was super easy. Ron followed up to confirm a pickup time within 8 hours of placing my order. He was super responsive and friendly. Will only get cheesecake from Empire moving forward.
