ORDER DETAILS AND POLICIES
A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required at purchase of requested cheesecake online. Remaining amount to be paid at pickup.
Cheesecake cancellations must be made 24 hours prior for two day pick up and 48 hours prior to three days or more for pick up.
Please allow two to three days for pickup of completed cheesecake after order, as all cheesecakes are freshly made; however, feel free to ask if request can be granted for a specific time.
REFUNDS AND STANDARDS
No refunds for completed cheesecakes accepted and or after pickup. Empire cheesecake will strive to make all cheesecakes presentable upon pickup as displayed. Should cheesecakes not be up to standard a partial refund will be given. (Discretion will be left up to Empire cheesecake).
TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER INFORMATION
Cheesecakes are heavy and should be handled carefully when carrying, held, or seated on a flat surface when in vehicle transport.
All cheesecakes are standard 9 inches.
Completed cheesecakes are chilled and packaged within box containing parchment and board.
At this time cheesecakes are pickups ONLY in Denver, CO region.
